1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PeerFlux ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PeerFlux is a real-time video collaboration platform that enables users to conduct video calls, share screens, and collaborate remotely through WebRTC technology. The Service is provided on both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

• You may use certain features without creating an account (guest access)
• To access premium features, you must create an account with accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Record participants without their consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' experience
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and branding, is owned by PeerFlux and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you share through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeerFlux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PeerFlux Technologies, Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
